KUGB lists free Scotland squad training at Wemyss Bay on 18 October

Wemyss Bay session is set for Sunday 18 October

The Karate Union of Great Britain (KUGB) has listed Scotland Squad Training for Sunday 18 October 2026 at Wemyss Bay Community Centre, Ardgowan Road, Wemyss Bay PA18 6AT. The official events page gives the session time as 09:30–12:30 and the cost as free.

Sensei Mike Smith (2nd Dan) is listed as coach. The KUGB describes the session as an opportunity to train with its competitors in Scotland and improve kata and kumite skills. Those details are taken from the KUGB official events listing.

The listing asks attendees to register via the KUGB app. This is an association-specific squad training session, not a general open competition; prospective attendees should confirm their eligibility and any late instructions in the app before travelling.
