Two UK karate events share the 22 November date on the autumn calendar

Families and competitors planning the late-autumn season have two UK karate dates to note on Sunday 22 November 2026: the EKF Autumn Open Championship and the Manchester Youth Karate Open Championships.

The English Karate Federation lists its Autumn Open Championship for 22 November. The federation’s public calendar still marks the venue as to be confirmed, so athletes and coaches should check the organiser’s updates before making travel arrangements.

The Manchester Youth Karate Open is listed for 9am–5pm at George Carnall Community Hub, Kingsway Park, Urmston, Manchester, M41 7FJ. The venue and timing are published on the Red Tiger Karate Club calendar, while the event listing describes it as a youth sport-karate competition and gives 15 November as the registration deadline.

The date clash is a useful reminder to check categories, travel distance and entry deadlines early. The two events are separate listings, and this article does not imply shared organisers, shared divisions or confirmed results.

KarateUK will update the practical details if the EKF publishes a confirmed venue or if organisers issue new entry information. Competitors should rely on the organiser and Sportdata pages for the latest registration status.
