FIKC grassroots final offers age-four entry point for young karateka

The Forza Invitational Karate Cup (FIKC) is preparing for the final event of its 2026 inter-club season at Rayleigh Primary School in Essex on 19 and 20 September. FIKC says its circuit welcomes athletes from age four through to senior level, making the event relevant to families looking for a grassroots competition pathway.
Two days, two divisions
FIKC lists Division 2, its open division, for Saturday 19 September and Division 1, its association-team division, for Sunday 20 September. The organisation describes Division 2 as open to novice, intermediate and advanced competitors, while Division 1 is for association team members and all age groups.
That split gives clubs a way to match the event to a young athlete’s experience. A child competing for the first time may need different preparation from an experienced association-team competitor, even when both are part of the same weekend programme.
